Another tragic case that took place was the killing of his mother and four sisters by 24 year old Arshad at Hotel Sharanjit in Naka Lucknow. Police have now arrested the suspect, who in his statement said that family affairs led him to the revolting act.
The dead were named as Alia, 9 years old, Alshia, 19 years old, Aksa, 16 years old, Rahmeen, 18 years old, and their mother Asma. The DCP of Central Lucknow, Mrs Raveena Tyagi verified that the above sad incident happened today only.
Investigations in this incident reveal that the suspect named Arshad, hailed from Agra and had reserved a room in the hotel along with his family. After some quarrel he committed the horrible acts of murdering. The police did not waste any time and arrested him on the scene of the incident.
FIR has lodged by the families and forensic teams are used for evidence collection a comprehensive investigation is going on said DCP Tyagi. She also said that the police are interrogating the accused in order to be able to find out more concerning the family and could have been the cause of the act.
The crime has caused lots of uproar among the people of the area since they cannot believe that such a thing has happened or that so many people lost their lives. Moreover, the crime allows turning to the given problem with an attempt to reveal the circumstances which predetermined this horrifying act.
While attempts are being made to find out the reason for the murders it has been a clear case of family affairs gone wrong that turns fatal. More details are likely to be released as the probe continues on apace.
